The fire was and remains one of the worst disasters. With the onset of warm spring days, residents of rural localities begin actively cleaning private farmsteads, territories of organizations and streets. Is there a great danger from building a fire, burning waste and garbage in places that are not designated for this purpose? For the uninformed majority of people this question is puzzling: "What fire hazard?» They still burn garbage! And still people think they are right: "We are ready to extinguish any fire on our own." But many people are wrong. Uncontrolled burning of garbage and waste near buildings made of combustible materials, sparks from them, with a slight wind can lead to fire and material damage. In accordance with paragraphs 250, 261 of the Technical regulations "General requirements for fire safety", approved by the order of the Minister of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23.06.2017 No. 439-the territories of localities and organizations within fire breaks must be cleared of combustible waste, garbage, containers, dry grass and other combustible materials in a timely manner. Bonfires, incineration of waste and containers should be carried out at a distance of at least 50 m from buildings and structures. Incineration of waste and containers in specially designated areas for this purpose should be carried out under the supervision of service personnel. Prevent fires, as well as protect property from fire, garbage and waste removal to designated areas – our common task and it must be fulfilled!
