In connection with the order of the head of the Akim's office of the Aksuat district "On the approval of the action plan for quality control of public services" dated December 9, 2022, control measures begin from February 2023.
In this regard, control measures were not carried out in the Aksuat area.
2 block "Information on the results of monitoring the quality of public services"
For the month of January 2023, the population of the Aksuat district provided -844 types of services to individuals and legal entities, including non-alternative services through state bodies and subordinate organizations -0.
For alternative services, 14 types of services were provided through state bodies and subordinate organizations, 46 through the Government for Citizens Group of Companies, 781 services were provided in electronic form, including through the e-government portal-179, 49 were issued through the E-licensing GBD, 553 through the information systems of the service provider.
During the reporting period, 12 refusals to provide public services were registered through the GO.
