Ust-Kamenogorsk PSC has a center for receiving appeals of legal entities (PSC)

In order to optimize the reception of documents from legal entities to the Office of the branch of" government for citizens " in East Kazakhstan region, the Center for receiving applications from legal entities has started its work in the PSC departments.

"Now legal entities do not need to come to the branch office to submit their documents. You can apply to any PSC in the city. Currently, on the e-government portal, changes in the head or location of non-residents are not entered in the database on the basis of an electronic notification in an automated mode. Therefore, in Ust-Kamenogorsk PSC there is an application reception center, that is, one window in each department," says Azamat Yessembulov, director of the branch of the state corporation "government for citizens" in East Kazakhstan region.

In particular, the provision of notification services for the following types of documents sent from legal entities is carried out in PSC centers.

1) notification of changes in the legal address (non-residents)

2) notification of changes in the head of a legal entity (non-resident)

3) notification of an increase in the authorized capital of a legal entity

4) notification of changes in the type of economic activity of a legal entity

5) notification of changes in the personal data of the manager and founder (change of full name)

6) requests of legal entities regarding the provision of information about a registered legal entity.

The above services are provided in the notification procedure, and payment of the registration fee is not provided.

Amendments and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) in accordance with article 14-2 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on state registration of legal entities and registration of branches and representative offices":

1) in case of changes in the location of a legal entity, branch (representative office) related to a private business entity, with the exception of a joint-stock company, branch (representative office);

2) change of head (appointment of the head, appointment of the acting head, appointment of the manager of the property and activities of the legal entity, removal of the head from office);;

3) making amendments and additions to the Constituent documents, except for the requirements provided for in Article 14-1 of this law;

4) transfer of a share of the authorized capital to trust management;

5) increase in the authorized capital of business partnerships;

6) changes in the main type of economic activity;

Amendments and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) specified in subitems 1), 3), 4) and 5) of part one of this article shall be made on the basis of an electronic notification with the attachment of the documents provided for in this article.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, the branch of East Kazakhstan region has received 1,564 notification requests. 853 of them were accepted through the e-government portal, 706-through the office.
