On February 16 this year, the Akimat of the East Kazakhstan region and the regional branch of Kazpost JSC signed a Roadmap for the implementation of a project to create universal self-service zones on the basis of Kazpost branches for the provision of state and social services.
From April 1, 2021, the project was launched in 167 automated post offices of the East Kazakhstan region. Now residents of all villages in the region have the opportunity to receive services in post offices without leaving the district centers or the city, while saving their time and money. Among them are online government services on the egov.kz portal, as well as obtaining an EDS. TSA recipients can apply for receipt on the social services portal aleumet.egov.kz. People with disabilities can apply for technical means of rehabilitation, as well as applications for vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment on the aleumet.egov.kz portal.
For 15 days in April, 746 state and social services were provided in the post offices of the region.
