Now citizens can contact issues of family, women and children's rights by calling 111. Contact center operators will provide psychological support to Kazakhstanis who are faced with domestic violence, bullying and other problems.

We note that the UCC has already established itself as a reliable operator of consulting services. It receives an average of up to 35 thousand requests per day.
