Results of Zhurekten Zhurekke Charity Event

Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held a charity event “Zhurekten Zhurekke”, dedicated to the Children's Day.

The campaign is held annually, from March, 1 till June, 1, starting from 2016. 

Over 19425 wishes came true in just 8 years of the charity event. The essence of the campaign is that every child from a low-income, large family can write a letter online with a request, a cherished desire and post it on the TYLEK.KZ website, so that patrons, caring citizens can fulfill it.

This year, during the campaign, 2,540 letters of wishes from children and adolescents with special educational needs, from large and low-income families, guardian families where guardians are grandparents, and also whose parents are disabled, were posted on the site and came true.

In their letters, little East Kazakhstanis expressed a variety of requests. Their deepest desire was to have a doll or a bicycle, skates or skis, a jacket, brick sets, sneakers, a beautiful dress, crayons and paints, school supplies, etc.

The requests of the children came true with the active sponsorship of commercial and other organizations, peasant farms, representatives of medium and small businesses, individual entrepreneurs and caring residents of the region. Officials of state agencies and educational institutions also took part in this event.

With the help of the residents of our region, little residents of East Kazakhstan received a variety of gifts. All the requests of the children came true. The most active sponsors were awarded letters of thanks from Education Administration of the region
