Marat Karabayev was born in 1987. He graduated from Warwick University, Taraz State University named after Dulati.
He began his career in 2011 as an acting expert of the Administration for the operation and development of networks of water facilities of the Committee for water management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2013, he was an expert, chief expert of the Office of Technological Development of the Service Industry of the Department of New Technologies and Energy Saving of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2014-2015, he was acting Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the South Kazakhstan region.
In 2015-2017, he was Deputy Head, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development and Tourism of the South Kazakhstan region.
In 2018-2019, he held executive positions in the Department of Development of the Defense Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August 2019 to July 2020, he served as Director of the Department for Development of the Defense Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2020 to January 2021, he was Chair of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan.
From July 2021 to January 2023 – Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zhanibek Akimbayevich was born in 1987.
Graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshbayev with a degree in Construction.
He started his career in 2008 as a road worker of the Kyzylorda regional branch of the Republican State Enterprise "Kazavtozhol".
In 2009-2013 he worked in private and public institutions of road construction. In 2013-2023, he held the positions of head of the department, Deputy Director for Production of the limited Liability Partnership "Management of Highways".
From April 2023 to the present, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region.
Кайер Айбек Мергенбаевич родился в с.Кобда Кобдинского района 11 августа 1981 года. В 1998 году закончил русскую среднею школу после которого поступил в АТУ им. К.Жубанова.
