In January-March 2023 the mutual trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan with EAEU countries amounted to6629million US dollars, which in nominal terms is 11.6more than in January-March 2022.
In January-March 2023export of goods amounted to 2598,1million US dollars (increased on 41.5%), import – 4031million US dollars (decreased on 1.8%).
In general volume of external trade turnover of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the countries of the EAEU falls to the Russian Federation – 92%, then follows the Kyrgyz Republic – 4.7%, the Republic of Belarus – 3.2%, the Republic of Armenia – 0.1%.
The largest increase in exports with the EAEU countries compared to the same period last year is observed forelements with radioactive chemical isotopes and their compounds; mixtures and residues containing these products which increased- of 2.5 times. At the same time, a decrease is observed in ores and iron concentrates including burnt pyrite (less by 78.3%).
In imports the largest increase was noted for pipes and other tubes (for example, welded, riveted) made of ferrous metals– an increase of 4.8 times. At the same time, a decrease is observed for passenger cars and other motor vehicles (less by 99.4%)
