A project to prevent Internet addiction and gambling among young people has been launched

With the support of the Ministry, the implementation of the social project "Development and implementation of a set of measures to prevent Internet addiction and gambling among young people and children"was launched.
The project is being implemented by the Unified Children's and Youth Organization "Zhas Ulan" together with the Center for Support of Civil Initiatives.

It is planned to organize and conduct focus group surveys in order to identify regions that are included in the zone with a high level of Internet addiction, gambling and cyberbullying.
At the same time, the project will analyze international legislation, prepare an analytical report, and develop a package of recommendations for improving Kazakhstan's legislation in the field of prevention of Internet addiction and gambling among young people and children.

The project aims to promote effective education of children and parents of media and Internet literacy, which, in turn, will strengthen the work on the prevention of Internet addiction.
