How to get a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record without leaving home
To date, the state service "Issuing a Certificate of the Presence or Absence of a Criminal Record" is fully automated.
You can get electronic help using one of the following methods:
- through the web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz and mobile network subscriber device (mGov mobile app);
- via the one-time SMS password service on the e-government web portal www.egov.kz;
- via the telegram bot "EgovKzBot".
The minimum service delivery time is 10 minutes, with additional verification - 5 business days.
The state service is provided to individuals and legal entities free of charge.
In addition, this public service can be provided to third parties through the portal, subject to the consent of the person in respect of whom information is requested through the "Personal account" and (or) SMS confirmation.
We remind you that information about the presence or absence of criminal record are issued in the format given of a previous conviction in accordance with Article 79 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
