DRAFT DECISION
On Amending the Decision of the Karaganda City Maslikhat No. 165 dated July 3, 2024, “On Approval of the Amount and Rules for Providing Housing Assistance in the City of Karaganda”
The Karaganda City Maslikhat DECIDES:
- To amend the Decision of the Karaganda City Maslikhat No. 165 dated July 3, 2024, “On Approval of the Amount and Rules for Providing Housing Assistance in the City of Karaganda” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 6622-09) as follows:
in the Amount and Rules for Providing Housing Assistance in the City of Karaganda approved by the above-mentioned decision:
the second paragraph of clause 1 shall be restated as follows:
“current and accumulated contributions;”.
- The State Institution “Office of the Karaganda City Maslikhat” shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:
- state registration of this Decision with the State Institution “Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan”;
- publication of this Decision on the Internet resource of the Karaganda City Maslikhat after its official publication.
- This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
