
In order to stabilize prices for socially important food products in the Pavlodar region, the following measures are being taken.
Thus, a stabilization fund operates in the region, which provides 1.85 billion tenge, 7.1 thousand tons of products worth 1.5 billion tenge were purchased (sugar — 2602.9 tons, rice — 140.4 tons, flour of the 1st grade — 2131.1 tons, sunflower oil — 195.9 tons, buckwheat groats — 111.5 tons, bread from flour of the 1st grade — 18.9 tons, salt — 2.3 tons, pasta — 41.4 tons, potatoes — 1377.1 tons, carrots — 149.8 tons, onion — 74.9 tons, cabbage — 60 tons, kefir 2.5% — 30 tons, milk 2.5% — 185 tons).
Within the framework of the "revolving scheme", 1.85 billion tenge is provided for the provision of loans, of which 632 million tenge was issued to seven enterprises for the sale of 13 items of goods at prices not exceeding the threshold rate.
A memorandum was also signed with 33 agricultural producers of the region on laying 30 thousand tons of potatoes and 6 thousand tons of carrots for sale in the winter-spring period at a fixed price (95 tenge/kg).
Memoranda of mutual cooperation have been concluded with
four large retail chains of the region (Small, Greenwich, Inmart, Leader), within which the networks sell potatoes and carrots at prices from 115 to 135 tenge (115 - without VAT, 125 - with VAT, 135 - with VAT and delivery costs).
In addition, memoranda have been signed with three greenhouse complexes for the sale of cucumbers and tomatoes at a fixed price. Thanks to the agreements reached, potatoes and carrots can be bought at 125 tenge per kilogram in "Small", "Greenwich", "Inmart" stores, cucumbers at 995 tenge, tomatoes at 765 tenge, potatoes and carrots are sold at 115 tenge in "social" stores.
Within the framework of the memoranda, four large retail chains of the region (Small, Greenwich, Inmart, Leader) sell NWPT with a margin of no more than 15%, the products of the stabilization fund - with a margin of no more than 10%.
A memorandum was signed with 7 dairy enterprises (Pavlodarmoloko LLP, Molkom Pavlodar LLP, Sut JSC, etc.) and 11 dairy farms on restraining prices for dairy products.
A memorandum was also signed on the formation of a grain stabilization fund with 91 agricultural producers of the region, who, in turn, undertake to sell third-class wheat at a price not exceeding 85 thousand tenge per ton, the price of bread will not exceed 95 tenge per loaf.
To meet the needs of bakery enterprises in the region for wheat flour of the first grade at a fixed price (119 tg/kg), a memorandum was signed with 8 flour milling enterprises (Aslan LLP, Inter Group LLP, Aquamarine LLP, Ulan Farm, Agro Damu LLP, Zhan-Dos LLP, Urazbayev Farm, Erken Farm).
Memoranda have also been signed with producers of chicken meat (LLP "Kyzylzhar Kus"), chicken eggs (LLP "Shcherbakty Kus"), buckwheat groats (LLP "Grano PV") and sunflower oil (LLP "Pavlodar Agrocomplex") for the sale of products at reduced prices.
