The digitization of the processes of accreditation and certification involves the re-engineering of internal business processes and optimization services.

- Since July 13, 2020, the Service of electronic accreditation of subjects in the field of conformity assessment has been launched, - Asel Zhanasova said. - Work is also underway to digitalize the product certification process, which means creating a certificate repository and selecting certification service providers (e-certification).

The Vice-Minister informed that from January 1, 2021, the Unified Information System for Consumer Protection was launched e-tutynushy.kz Through it, Kazakhstanis can claim violations of their rights, as it is intended specifically for the prompt consideration of appeals, as well as clarification of the norms of laws.

Within the framework of digitalization of internal trade and e-commerce, it is planned to introduce a social wallet with a payment system. And, as the Ministry of Trade added, the "pilot" will be launched by the end of December 2021 as part of the instant payment system.

Asel Zhanasova noted that this idea is being implemented in order to improve the tools of social support for the population. The opening of the "social wallet" will provide unconditional access to the financial system for socially vulnerable groups of the population.

Domestic producers continue to enter new marketplaces-Amazon, Yandex, Ozon, Shopify. With annual Mastercard funding of 100 thousand euros, 10-15 entrepreneurs will receive training on how to transfer their business online and scale it to new markets.

At the level of foreign trade activity (FEA) and export promotion, digitalization is also underway. In the 1st quarter of 2021, it is planned to launch an automated cross-border trade and settlement integrated system (ATTIS). The goal of the project is to create an international electronic platform for providing foreign trade participants with the entire range of information services-from signing a contract to making payments.
