Darkhan Katyshev was born in 1983 in Yerementau, Akmola region. Graduated in 2004 from the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, majoring in Jurisprudence, in 2020 from the Academy of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, majoring in Aviation Engineering and Technology, is a specialist in the construction of airfields. He is a graduate of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has a doctorate degree in the profile.

Карьера

He started his career in 2004 in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2008-2009 he worked as a chief expert in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan

From 2009 to 2019 was head of the office for aviation safety of civil aviation Committee of the Ministry of industry and infrastructural development of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to 2023, he headed the Aviation Security Department of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC.
