A servicewoman from the Army Military Institute is learning how to assemble FPV drones

At the Training Center for Unmanned Aerial Systems of the Kazakhstani Armed Forces’ Army, located at the Army Military Institute, specialists are being trained to work with modern technologies. Among them is Junior Sergeant Dinara Teleuova, who demonstrates that the profession of defending the homeland knows no gender boundaries.

In addition to drill, fire, and tactical training, she is passionately studying unmanned aerial systems. She independently assembles FPV drones, installs electronic components, configures flight controllers, and tests the drones before their first flight.

“Every drone is a complex engineering system. For it to reliably carry out its tasks, you need to understand the principles of electronics, software, and aerodynamics. For me, this isn’t just a hobby—it’s an opportunity to make a real difference,” says Dinara Teleuva.

According to her instructors, Junior Sergeant Dinara Teleuva stands out for her high level of discipline, technical mindset, and desire to constantly improve her knowledge. She eagerly masters new technologies and confidently operates equipment that, just a few years ago, was considered the exclusive domain of engineering specialists.
