The Visit of Major Chinese Manufacturers to Kazakhstan was Discussed in Hong Kong

Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, Baurzhan Dosmanbetov, held a meeting with Ida Ng, Chief Executive Officer of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association.

The parties discussed the upcoming visit of the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong to Kazakhstan, scheduled for October 19-21, 2026.

Association representatives confirmed the high level of interest among the Hong Kong business community in exploring Kazakhstan's investment potential and fostering cooperation in priority sectors such as mechanical engineering, light and the chemical industry.

The primary objective of the upcoming visit is to establish direct contacts with Kazakhstan's government agencies and business communities to form commercial partnerships and practically implement the "hub-to-hub" concept. The program features a business forum and bilateral B2B meetings.
