Kazakh Film Screened in Hong Kong

The Kazakh musical film “In the Embrace of Happiness” was screened at the ASEAN Film Festival in Hong Kong.

Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong Bauyrzhan Dosmanbetov noted that cinema serves as a unique tool of cultural diplomacy. He emphasized that participation in a festival of this scale helps foster dialogue between peoples and introduce international audiences to new facets of contemporary Kazakh cinema.
