Kazakhstan President’s State-of-the-Nation Address Discussed in Hong Kong

Hong Kong, 16 September 2025 – Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong and Macao SAR of the People’s Republic of China Bauyrzhan Dosmanbetov met with the executive directors of IT companies Golden Watch and TING Company Limited to discuss key themes from the Kazakhstan President’s State-of-the-Nation Address delivered on September 8, 2025.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the mechanisms of implementing artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of public administration and businesses. Special attention was given to strategic initiatives aimed at ensuring the country’s sustainable development and competitiveness in a context of global change.

Following the results of the meeting, the companies expressed interest in cooperation with Kazakhstan and further discussion of potential areas of joint work.
