Prospects for Kazakh-Emirati Relations Discussed in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, June 19, 2025 – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates Rauan Zhumabek held a meeting with the UAE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Omar Al Shamsi.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and future prospects of Kazakh-Emirati cooperation, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening bilateral engagement across all areas.

In this context, both sides underlined the relevance of timely implementation of the agreements reached during the official visit of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to Kazakhstan on May 12 this year.

As part of the meeting, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan also presented copies of his credentials.

Omar Al Shamsi warmly congratulated the Kazakh Ambassador on the commencement of his diplomatic mission in the UAE, wishing him success in achieving his goals and in fostering friendly relations between the two countries.
