In this regard, an agreement was reached on a visit by Kazakhstani specialists to begin the implementation of joint projects.

The Forest Research Station is a state agency founded by the Latvian State Forest Research Institute Silava and the Latvian University of Agriculture and Technology. The station manages state-owned research forests, providing infrastructure for scientific research, long-term scientific facilities, environmental and forest monitoring, as well as support for training and professional development in the field of forestry.
