A Meeting On Strengthening Partnership Between Kazakhstan and Poland was Held in Warsaw

Warsaw, 9 May 2025 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Poland, Nurlan Zhalgasbayev, met with the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski.

During the meeting, a thorough exchange of views took place on the prospects for the development of Kazakh-Polish relations. The interlocutors reviewed in detail the schedule of upcoming bilateral events.

Special attention was paid to the issues of further deepening cooperation in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as interaction on the platforms of international organizations. At the same time, both sides discussed perspectives of expanding the legal framework between Kazakhstan and Poland.

The Polish diplomat was informed in detail about the political and economic transformations initiated by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

First Deputy Minister Bartoszewski noted that Warsaw considers Kazakhstan as its important partner in Central Asia and is interested in continuing mutually beneficial cooperation with Astana.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain working contacts on all relevant issues of bilateral cooperation.
