International Cooperation in the Sphere of School Education were Discussed at the Kazakh Foreign Ministry

Astana, May 16, 2025 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermukhambet Konusbayev held a meeting with Hans Dewaele, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kazakhstan International School (KIS).

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed strengthening cooperation in the field of international education, enhancing intercultural understanding, and increasing opportunities to provide quality education for the children of Kazakhstan.

Representatives of KIS noted that the school provides education with high international standards through the joint efforts of foreign and local teachers.

As a result of the meeting, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding and expressed their intention to further develop partnership in the field of education.

KIS is a private international school teaching according to the international standards. School opened a new campus in Astana in 2024.
