On Accreditation of Foreign Journalists to Cover the Meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and the International Digital Forum “ DigitalQazaqstan – 2026”

Dear representatives of foreign mass media,

On March 26-27, the regular meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council (EIC) and the international Digital Forum DigitalQazaqstan – 2026 will take place in Shymkent.

The event will be attended by the Heads of Government of the Eurasian Economic Union member states – Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia, the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, as well as the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. In addition, representatives of observer states to the EAEU are also expected to participate.

The agenda of the EIC meeting, which will be held in narrow and expanded formats, covers a wide range of issues related to trade and economic cooperation.

On March 27, the Heads of Delegations of the EAEU member states, observer states, and invited countries will participate in the plenary session of the annual forum DigitalQazaqstan – 2026. Traditionally, the forum is expected to bring together political and public figures, heads of major IT companies, and experts from the digital sector.
