Meeting with Representatives of French Company Ellipse Group Held in Astana

Astana, October 2, 2025 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibek Kuantyrov and Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “NC Kazakh Invest” Madiyar Sultanbek held a meeting with Anastasia Colosimo, Director for International Development of Ellipse Group (France).

During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the healthcare sector, including the construction and equipping of modern perinatal centers, as well as the development of private medical facilities.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Kuantyrov emphasized that Kazakhstan attaches great importance to the development of modern medical infrastructure and remains open to partnerships with international companies possessing advanced technologies and experience in implementing large-scale projects.

For her part, Director Colosimo – formerly Adviser to the President of France Emmanuel Macron on International Strategy and Communications expressed the company’s interest in expanding its presence in Kazakhstan. She noted that Ellipse Group views Kazakhstan as a reliable partner with sustainable economic growth and a favorable investment climate.
