Kazakh Foreign Minister Met with Leadership of Dynamic Aviation Group

Astana, October 2, 2025 – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev held a meeting with Michael Stoltzfus, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the American company Dynamic Aviation Group, Inc.

During the talks, the parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in geological exploration using aerospace technologies, water resources management, and the application of modern aviation solutions in the transport and logistics sector.

Minister Kosherbayev emphasized that Kazakhstan highly values Dynamic Aviation’s interest in operating in the country. He stressed that the company’s advanced technologies in remote sensing and water resources monitoring can play a key role in addressing sustainable development challenges and assured partners of Kazakhstan’s readiness to provide comprehensive support for the implementation of joint projects.

For his part, Chairman Stoltzfus highlighted that they consider Kazakhstan as a strategic platform in the region for the application of innovative aviation solutions. He noted that the company is ready to offer a full range of technologies – from aerial surveys for rare earth element exploration to flood prevention systems and light cargo air transportation – and intends to implement pilot projects in Kazakhstan in close cooperation with government bodies and national companies.

At the conclusion of the meeting, interlocutors reaffirmed their mutual interest in enhancing cooperation and agreed to maintain contacts on the discussed areas.
