The Embassy of Kazakhstan in the United States no longer processes visa documents received via postal services. It is mandatory for applicants aged 18 and older to present themselves in person for fingerprint submission as part of the visa application process.

You can apply for "B10" category Private visa (single entry until 90 days / multiple enrty until 90 days at each entry within 180 days) if you are:
You can apply for "C10" category visa for ETHNIC KAZAKHS if you have a birth certificate or/and passport stating that your ethnicity is Kazakh nation.
In case you are submiting the birth certificate, ethnicity of both parents should be Kazakh. In case you provide the passport, it should indicate that you are Kazakh and if it doesn't contain information about your ethnicity you should show you birth certificate. Ethnic Kazakhs are exempt from the consular fee for C10 category visa. For the first time appliers the C10 category visa will be issued for one year, then it can be extended up to trhee years with a right to stay in Kazakhstan until the expiry date of the visa.

The visa process takes about 5 business days from the moment the Consular Section receives the documents. Private visa applications must be submitted in-person or using a third party. Applications are not accepted by mail.
