September 16, 2026 – The auction organizer: the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Mongolia, registered address: 6/1 J. Sambuu Street, Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar, 6th Floor, City Capital Center, hereby announces an open auction for the sale of a motor vehicle.
The auction will be conducted using the ascending-price method.
The auction will be held on 2 October 2026 at 11:00 at the following address: 6/1 J. Sambuu Street, Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar, 6th Floor, City Capital Center.

Starting price: USD 700 (seven hundred).
Bid security deposit of 15% of the starting price: USD 105 (one hundred five).
Bid increment of 5%: USD 35 (thirty-five)
Terms of participation and application procedure:
Individuals and legal entities that submit an application and pay the bid security deposit by the deadline are eligible to participate in the auction. Applications and registration documents must be submitted in writing to the following address: 6/1 J. Sambuu Street, Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar, 6th Floor, City Capital Center.
Applications will be accepted until 17:00 on 30 September 2026.
The participant offering the highest price will be declared the winner of the auction.
The winner’s bid security deposit will be credited toward the purchase price of the vehicle. The bid security deposits of the other participants will be refunded within 15 working days.
To participate, the following documents must be submitted to the organizer at the above address:
- An application duly completed in the prescribed form.
- For individuals: a copy of an identity document.
- For legal entities: a copy of the identity document of the legal entity’s representative and a document confirming the state registration of the legal entity in accordance with the legislation of Mongolia.
- A copy of the payment document confirming payment of the bid security deposit.
Before paying the bid security deposit and submitting their bids, auction participants must carefully review this notice and the draft agreement and inspect the technical condition of the vehicle. Auction participants may not request any improvements, modifications or repairs to the vehicle, nor may they request exemption from any taxes, fees or other expenses associated with re-registration or transfer of title.
If the winning bidder fails to comply with the terms of the agreement within the specified period, the bidder will be deemed to have waived the right to purchase the vehicle, and no payments, including the bid security deposit, will be refunded. Bank charges incurred when transferring the bid security deposit are non-refundable. Bid rigging and any other form of unlawful interference with the auction are strictly prohibited.

Buyer’s obligations and vehicle collection:
- The participant who submits the highest bid must sign the auction results protocol immediately after the auction ends.
- The Buyer must transfer the full purchase price of the vehicle (less the bid security deposit previously paid) within 10 working days after signing the sale and purchase agreement.
- All costs associated with the transfer of ownership, payment of taxes (administrative fees), customs duties and any other charges related to the purchase of the vehicle shall be borne by the Buyer.
