文書の認証とは、外国にて使用を目標とする公文書上に押印されてる官職保有者の署名および印の真正性を確認し、その公文書上に証明を行う事です。
認証は下記の機関より行われます:

認証する書類に関する必須条件
カザフスタン共和国の公証人によって認証され、カザフスタン共和国外で履行されることを目的とする文書は、2012年1月31日付カザフスタン共和国法務大臣命令第32号によって承認された公証記録保管規則の第10章によって定められた要件に従わなければならない。
書類は以下に該当する場合は認証されません：
認証書類の一通当たり35ドルの料金がかかります。
以下のリンクに記載されている為替レートに応じ、領事手数料を下記の駐日カザフスタン大使館の銀行口座にお振込みください。

支払われた領事手数料の払い戻しは不可能となります（2017.12.25付カザフスタン共和国税法第120-VI号第629条第7項)。
毎日 （領事部は水曜、土曜、日曜、カザフスタンの祝祭日は閉館しております）9時30分から12時半まで。
カザフスタン共和国は1961年の外国公文書の認証を不要とするハーグ条約の加盟国です。
本条約に基づき、ある国の公的機関が発行する公文書、つまり他のハーグ条約締結国で使用される公文書にアポスティーユが付与されます。
アポスティーユ認証を受けた文書は、条約各加盟国において何の制限もなく受理されます。
