On appointment of the next elections of deputies to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with Article 85 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECLARE:

  1. To appoint regular elections of deputies to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by party lists, as of January 10, 2021.
  2. To appoint regular elections to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan,as of January 11, 2021.
  3. Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to organize the preparation and conduct of regular elections to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  4. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akims of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and regions to take necessary measures on organizational, material, technical and financial support of regular elections to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  5. This Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
