Ambassador B. Atamkulov met with Director of NRG BI company D. Adilkhanov

The meeting of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Atamkulov with the Director of «NRG BI» D. Adilkhanov was held at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the meeting, the parties discussed the company’s current operations in Uzbekistan and the prospects for expanding its presence in the country’s construction market.

For reference: «NRG BI» is a subsidiary of «BI Group» in Uzbekistan and implements residential and mixed-use development projects, primarily in the city of Tashkent, holding a significant share of the capital’s construction market. «BI Group» is one of the largest investment and construction companies in Kazakhstan, founded in 1995. The company operates in residential and commercial real estate, infrastructure and industrial construction, as well as development and project management. It implements projects in Kazakhstan and is also present in the markets of the United States, the UAE, and Uzbekistan. The company’s mission is «Building Happiness».

Adilkhanov noted that «NRG BI» holds a strong position in the Tashkent construction market and implements residential and mixed-use projects, introducing modern development standards and digital management tools with a focus on construction quality. Over six years of operating in the market, the company has completed 27 projects with a total area of 560,000 square meters and provided housing to more than 5,000 families, strengthening its market position and customer trust. The company also places high priority on developing its human capital by engaging local specialists and actively participates in social and charitable initiatives.

At the same time, D. Adilkhanov emphasized that Uzbekistan has created stable and predictable conditions for investment activities, enabling the planning of long-term projects and further expansion in the market.

Following the meeting, «NRG BI» confirmed its interest in further developing projects in Uzbekistan. Ambassador B. Atamkulov expressed support for the company’s activities with a view to strengthening Kazakhstan–Uzbekistan cooperation in construction and investment.
