Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beibut Atamkulov held a working meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov

On November 23, 2023, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beibut Atamkulov held a working meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bobur Usmanov.

During the meeting, the main issues of foreign policy and trade and economic cooperation between the two countries were discussed.

The parties also discussed measures to implement the agreements adopted during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev to the Republic of Uzbekistan in December last year.

The importance of expanding trade and economic cooperation, interregional cooperation and cultural and humanitarian ties was emphasized. In this context, the parties discussed the possibility of establishing twinning relations between cities and regions. This will be a key factor in the formation of strong ties and diverse development of the regions.

Special attention was paid to mutual support within the framework of cooperation in multilateral structures, which creates a solid foundation for achieving common goals both regionally and globally.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed a common desire to increase further cooperation in the spirit of true mutual understanding and alliance.
