The Meeting with the OSCE Project Coordinator in Uzbekistan Antti Karttunen

The Meeting with the OSCE Project Coordinator in Uzbekistan Antti Karttunen took place at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan.

Ambassador Beibut Atamkulov noted the high level of cooperation between Kazakhstan and the OSCE, noting a number of recent events within the framework of cooperation with the organization, as well as visits by OSCE delegations to Kazakhstan.

Cooperation between Kazakhstan and the OSCE dates back to 1992 and over the years has brought significant results in ensuring peace, democracy and human rights in Central Asia.

An important achievement is the active participation of Kazakhstan in the implementation of OSCE projects aimed at strengthening the rule of law, developing civil society and improving the level of education and training. These initiatives contribute to the creation of a sustainable and safe environment, which is a key factor for the stable development of the region.
