Important information on entering Kazakhstan

On February 7, 2022, changes were made to the procedure for crossing the state border of Kazakhstan, which is in force during the period of quarantine restrictions. In particular, citizens of countries with a visa-free regime (57 states), including Estonia, are allowed to enter/transit into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan through international airports. Up to 30 days you can visit Kazakhstan without additional permits and visas.

It is not required to provide a Certificate of passing the test for COVID-19 by PCR for children under 5 years of age if the persons accompanying them have a Certificate; persons who received revaccination or a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, if no more than 6 months have passed after receiving the second component at the time of crossing the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, upon providing documentary evidence; persons who have provided a passport/certificate/certificate of vaccination against COVID-19, recognized as valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Passport/certificate/certificate of the Republic of Estonia on vaccination against COVID-19 is recognized as valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
