The consular services are provided by appointment, without expedited service, through the online booking service by phone at 08-700 51 47 (08:30 - 11:30) or by emailing consul.stockholm@mfa.kz.

Due to a large number of calls, we recommend, if possible, sending questions by e-mail to consul.stockholm@mfa.kz. Your appeal will be considered within 1-5 days.
We also kindly ask you first to get acquainted with the materials on our website, where you can find all the necessary information. If you do not find an answer to your question, call the operator of the consular department or contact us by e-mail.

If the weekend and holidays coincide, the first working day after the weekend is a holiday.

First day of Qurban Ait, celebrated by Muslim calendar, the 7th of January- Orthodox Christmas are nonworking days (without extending).
In 2025 the first day of Qurban Ait is on June 6.
