Kazakhstan Was Represented at the Annual Tourism Exhibition “Riyadh Travel Fair”

Riyadh, May 28, 2024 – The Kazakh delegation, represented by Almaty Tourism Bureau LLP, with the support of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Saudi Arabia, the National Company Kazakh Tourism and the Akimat of Almaty, takes an active part in the annual tourism exhibition “Riyadh Travel Fair”.

The Riyadh Travel Fair, which is an important event for industry professionals and travel enthusiasts from all over Saudi Arabia, takes place from May 27 to 29, 2024, at the International Exhibition Center in Riyadh.

Representatives of various large companies in the field of tourism, hotel business and aviation take part in the exhibition. In 2023 more than 24 thousand people visited the Riyadh Travel Fair exhibition.

The number of tourists from Saudi Arabia to Kazakhstan has increased sharply in 2022-2023. Last year Kazakhstan was visited by more than 7 thousand tourists from KSA, before that their number did not exceed 900.

This was a result of the growing interest of Saudi citizens in traveling to Kazakhstan, due to the availability of direct flights, visa-free regime and other taken measures.
