Procedure for Obtaining Relevant Documents for Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Foreign Citizens, and Stateless Persons from State Bodies and Organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The following documents are not subject to retrieval:
Military IDs (or certificates of registration for military service);
Official IDs;
Marriage certificates if the marriage has been dissolved (a corresponding certificate is issued instead);
Birth certificates of deceased persons.
LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Application (in free form).
Three copies of the questionnaire (answers must be full and accurate, provided in Kazakh or Russian).
Copy of the identity document of the applicant, legal representative, or authorized person.
Copy of a document confirming family ties between the applicant and the person whose documents are being requested (if applicable).
Original document confirming the authority of the legal representative or authorized person (if the request is made by a representative).
Consent of the applicant or their legal representative or authorized person for the collection and processing of personal data (in free form).
Copy of the requested document (if available).
Original document confirming payment of the consular fee.
Death certificates may be requested by relatives of the deceased or by legal entities for official purposes.
Requests for documents related to minors or individuals declared legally incapable by a court must be submitted by their legal representatives (parents, guardians, or custodians).
PROCESSING TIME:
Up to 4 months.
If additional verification by state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan is required, or if the mailing of documents takes an extended period, the processing time may be extended by no more than thirty calendar days. The applicant will be informed accordingly.
CONSULAR FEE:
25 EUR (per document).

Document submission: Daily (except Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) from 09:00 to 12:30.
