2004-2006 – Head of Division of the Department of Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation, Head of Division of the Department of International Humanitarian and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
2006-2007 – First Secretary of the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Dubai, Counsellor of the Embassy of Kazakhstan to UAE;
