You can apply for "C9" Visa for Education category (single entry until 90 days/ multiple entry until 1 year) if you are:
Person traveling to apply to study in Kazakhstan
Student studying in Kazakhstan, including your family members
Student on a student exchange program
Visa Support form approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.
Fillable Visa Application Form must be completed properly in block letters; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
Passport (with at least two blank pages; it should be valid for at least three months longer than the validity of the requested visa).
One recent, colour passport sized (3.5cm x 4.5cm) picture of the applicant which should be attached to the marked space in the upper right-hand corner of the application form

For under 18 years old visa applicants, notarised proof of consent of parent or guardian to study in Kazakhstan (translated to Kazakh or Russian language).
The visa process takes about 5 business days from the moment the Consular Section receives the documents. Study visa applications must be submitted in-person or using a third party accredited agencies. Applications are not accepted by mail.
