Family Reunification (C2)

1.  Letter of request;
2.  Notarized copy of the Identity Documents of inviting person;
3.  Financial Statement that confirm ability to cover expenses for each family member, not less than minimum salary in Kazakhstan;
4.  Notarized copy of the Confirmation of residential space sufficient for each family member of inviting person;
5. Disclosure and Barring Service (CRB) checks of the applicant;
6. Notarized copy of the Permanent residence permit in Kazakhstan of inviting person (not for citizens of Kazakhstan);
7. Fillable Visa Application Form must be completed properly in block letters, otherwise it won't be accepted;
8. Passport (with at least two blank pages; it should be valid for at least three months longer than the validity of the requested visa);
9. Medical insurance for family members of the host person;
10. One recent, colour passport sized (3.5cm x 4.5cm) picture of the applicant which should be attached to the marked space in the upper right-hand corner of the application form;
11. Notarized copies of documents confirming family relations (marriage certificate for spouses, birth certificate for children and parents). If the documents are not issued in the Republic of Kazakhstan, they must be apostilled/legalized in accordance with the requirements of the country in which they were issued.

• Conjoints who have been married recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan for at least 1 year. Civil marriage, partnership and extramarital relationship are not recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Family Reunification visa process takes about 5 business days from the moment the Consular Section receives the documents. Family Reunification visa applications must be submitted in-person. Applications are not accepted by mail.

• Single entry - 75GBP with additional residence permit processing fee of 65GBP
• Multiple entry - 170GBP with additional residence permit processing fee of 65GBP

the amounts of the paid consular fee are not subject to refund (in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 629 of the tax code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.12.2017 No. 120-VI of the tax code).
