Work (C5)

• For "C5" category Single entry Working (Business Immigrant) visa for up to 90 days and Multiple entry visa for up to 2 years (ethnic Kazakhs - up to 3 years):
• a medical certificate confirming the absence of diseases, the presence of which prohibits entry of foreigners and stateless persons to the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• medical insurance;
• a document confirming the presence or absence of a criminal record issued by the authorized body of the country of citizenship or permanent residence;
• a document confirming the existence or absence of a ban on entrepreneurial activity on the basis of a court decision issued by the authorized body of the country of citizenship or permanent residence, if the issuance of such a certificate is provided for by the legislation of a foreign state;
• An invitation letter with a visa support number from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan;
• Filled visa Application Form must be completed properly in block letters, otherwise, it won't be accepted;
• Passport (with at least two blank pages; it should be valid for at least three months longer than the validity of the requested visa);
• One recent, colour passport sized (3.5cm x 4.5cm) picture of the applicant which should be attached to the marked space in the upper right-hand corner of the application form.

The visa process takes about 5 business days from the moment the Consular Section receives the documents. Work visa applications must be submitted in-person. Applications are not accepted by mail.

• Single Entry - 75GBP.
• Multiple Entry - 170 GBP.
• Multiple Entry up to 2 years - 330GBP.
• Multiple Entry up to 3 years - 450GBP.

the amounts of the paid consular fee are not subject to refund (in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 629 of the tax code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.12.2017 No. 120-VI of the tax code).
