The consular post of the Republic of Kazakhstan carries out its functions to protect the rights and interests of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad, and also provides services for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Consular Charter of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well as Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963, to which the Republic of Kazakhstan acceded in the spring of 1993.
- The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the UK is not responsible for the safety of documents sent by applicants by mail.
