Speaking at the traditional Midsummer Night (Kresna noč) charity event in Ljubljana, the spouse of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Aleš Musar, noted:
“This year, we are connecting friendship with Kazakhstan, a country with which Slovenia is increasingly deepening cooperation, and helping children at the Šentvid pri Stični Children’s Hospital.
Last year’s visit to Kazakhstan by the President of the Republic of Slovenia and a large business delegation represents a new milestone in cooperation, which is not burdened by any shadow of the past. Economic cooperation and joint development of education and tourism are what was announced and is already being implemented. I particularly appreciate that I also meet Kazakhstan in other areas where I am active. Ambassador Abibullayev recently gave an insightful speech at the Bled Water Forum, which is also a partner of our Lions organization. In the field of human security, we have strong cooperation between Kazakhstan and our humanitarian organization ITF Enhancing Human Security.”
