The Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Istanbul hereby invites interested parties to participate in a closed tender (by submitting sealed bids) for the acquisition of a passenger vehicle

The auction will take place on April 23, 2026, at 09:00.

2. Format: Auction by submitting closed price proposals in sealed envelopes.
Method: Ascending price auction (English auction). In the event the tender is declared invalid (fewer than 2 participants), a repeat tender will be held on the same day at 14:00 using the descending price method (Dutch auction).
3. Object of Sale: Official minibus Mercedes Vito, date of manufacture: June 28, 2012, color silver metallic, encumbrances - none.
4. Starting Price: 1,200.00 (One thousand two hundred) US dollars.
5. Guarantee Deposit (15%): 180.00 (One hundred eighty) US dollars.
The guarantee deposit must be paid strictly by April 22, 2026, inclusively.
6. Deadlines and Place of Application: April 22, 2026, from 09:30 to 15:30. To participate, the following must be submitted to the organizer's address:
a. An application in the prescribed form.
b. For individuals — a copy of an identity document. For legal entities — a copy of the representative’s identity document and a document confirming the state registration of the legal entity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye.
c. A copy of the payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee deposit.
d. A sealed envelope containing the participant's price proposal (the amount cannot be lower than the starting price).
7. Procedure and Determination of the Winner:
Envelopes will be opened on April 23, 2026, at 09:00 at the venue address.
The winner shall be the participant who offered the highest price for the object of sale.
In the event of equal price offers, the winner shall be the participant whose application was registered earlier.
The winner is obliged to sign the sales contract within 5 calendar days after the tender. The guarantee deposit will be credited toward the payment.

9. The vehicle is sold in its current technical condition. Participants are required to carefully review this announcement, the draft contract, and inspect the technical condition of the vehicle before paying the guarantee deposit and submitting applications. Participants may not request any improvements, adjustments, or repairs to the vehicle, nor exemptions from any taxes, duties, or other expenses associated with the transfer of registration or title.
Bids must not be lower than the starting price. The winner is obliged to pay the remaining balance in full and all taxes within 30 days of signing the contract. The payment of VAT, customs duties, and registration transfer costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
If the winner fails to fulfill the terms of the contract within the established timeframe, they shall be deemed to have waived the right to purchase the vehicle, and any payments made, including the guarantee deposit, will not be refunded.
The bank commission for the transfer of the guarantee deposit is non-refundable to the participants. Bid rigging and any other forms of unlawful interference are strictly prohibited.
