The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan met CARs&ECO Division Director General

Islamabad, 13 June 2022 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin met Mr. Shah Faisal Kakar, the new appointed Director General of the CARs&ECO Division of Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the meeting, a substantive discussion of the bilateral agenda took place.

The Ambassador informed Mr. Shah Faisal Kakar about the events that took place in May this year: «Made in Pakistan» exhibition of Pakistani manufacturers, «Al Farabi – Iqbal» International Scientific Conference, dedicated to the activities of the outstanding Pakistani thinker.

In addition, Y.Kistafin informed the interlocutor about the political reforms being carried out in Kazakhstan, explained about the republican referendum content of changes and additions to the Constitution of Kazakhstan on June 5 this year.

The parties outlined future plans in the context of the 30th anniversary celebration of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Pakistan. An agreement to hold meetings on regular basis has been reached.
