Emergency Procedure and Guidelines for Kazakhstani citizens in Pakistan
-If detained by local law enforcement agencies, immediately report to the Embassy (keep contact details of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the IRP with you);
-Do not sign protocols or other documents in a foreign language if you don't understand their contents;
-Be aware of the need to fill out a customs declaration at the border;
-Keep copies of all travel-related documents. They should be kept separately from other documents;
-Save digital copies of your documents on your mobile phone;
-In case of loss or theft of a national passport, the consul of the Embassy, after confirming your identity, will provide you with a certificate for return to Kazakhstan;
-The Consul will inform the relatives of citizens of Kazakhstan about the accident, detention, arrest, or death of a citizen of Kazakhstan in Pakistan;

General Recommendations for Kazakhstani citizens in Pakistan
-Verify the validity period of your passport and ensure you have the required entry visa;
-Examine the passport for damage, stains, and unauthorized entries; the passport should be in good condition;
-Keep your passport with you at all times and do not use it as collateral;
-Carry other identity documents with you in case your passport is lost or stolen, with 2-3 photos (including your children’s);
-Specify and keep with you the contact details (name, address, number, etc) of the inviting company responsible for your travel to Pakistan;
-Carefully choose medical insurance. Choose a reputable agency, and clarify the medical services covered by them and the payment procedure in the host country;
-Inform your relatives and friends in advance about your trip and provide them with contact details (contact numbers, postal address, company name, etc) of your host in the country;
-Before visiting specific regions in Pakistan, consult with the Kazakhstan Embassy staff in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
