DEAR COMPATRIOTS,

         On March 15, 2026, a national referendum will be held on the adoption of a new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

         Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have reached the age of 18 and who permanently or temporarily reside in the Republic of Armenia may participate in the referendum at Polling Station No. 439 located at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Armenia, at the following address: 11 G. Harutyunyan Street, Yerevan.

         Polling hours will be from 07:00 to 20:00.

         Voters are required to present a valid identification document.

         To be included in the voter list, you must send an email in advance to consulerevan@mfa.kz with the subject line ‘Republican referendum’ or follow the link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/ e/1FAIpQLSf_COhNIoDsFfuE3r2nLrRvHNOhT9xvbScCjWVFwJhsr8w8dA/viewform?usp=publish-editor, providing the following information:

• Full name (surname, first name, patronymic);
• Date of birth;
• IIN (Individual Identification Number);
• Residential address in the Republic of Armenia;
• Contact telephone number.
