The process of obtaining relevant documents from citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons from government agencies and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Not subject to claim :
military cards (certificates of registration with a recruiting station);
service IDs;
marriage certificates, if the marriage is dissolved (a corresponding certificate is issued);
birth certificates for deceased.
Application (in free form).
Three copies questionnaires ( answer the questions in the questionnaire fully and accurately, in Kazakh or Russian).
A copy of the identity document of the applicant, legal representative or authorized person.
A copy of a document confirming the applicant’s relationship with the person for whom the documents are requested (if necessary).
The original document confirming the authority of the legal representative or authorized person (in the event of a request for documents by a representative of the person entitled to receive them).
Consent of the applicant or his legal representative or authorized person to the collection and processing of personal data (in any form).
A copy of the requested document (if available).
Original document confirming payment of the consular fee.
* Death certificates may be requested by relatives of the deceased or legal entities for official purposes.;
* Applications for requisition in relation to minors, as well as persons recognized by the court as incompetent, are submitted by their legal representatives (parents, guardians, trustees).

In case of the need for additional verification by state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as sending documents by mail, which requires a long time, the period for requesting is extended by no more than thirty calendar days, which is notified to the applicant..
