AMANZHOLOV UNIVERSITY SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF CLUJ-NAPOCA, ROMANIA

East Kazakhstan University named after Sarsen Amanzholov signed an agreement with the Romanian Technical University Cluj-Napoca (abbreviated UTC-N). The initiative of Muhtar Tolegen, the rector of the VCU, to establish bilateral scientific relations was supported by Vasile Topa, the rector of the Cluj-Napoca Technical University. Shortly before that the European program Erasmus+ was signed between the two universities for the exchange of teachers and students, the creation of joint projects.
