KURULTAI - 2026

Dear Fellow Citizens,

On 23 August 2026, from 07:00 to 20:00 local time, elections of deputies to the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be held at Polling Station No. 405 at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Belgium (address: Avenue Van Bever 30, 1180 Brussels, Belgium).

The voter list for Polling Station No. 405 will include citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan temporarily or permanently residing in the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, provided they hold a valid passport or identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Dear Citizens,

To be included in the voter list, please send your details in advance (full name, date of birth, Individual Identification Number (IIN), residential address and contact details), with the subject line “Kurultai – 2026”, to the following email addresses: Brussels@mfa.kz and consul.brussels@mfa.kz.

On election day, voters must present a valid passport or identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
