Working visit of the Director General of the «QazExportPromotion Fund» to Hormozgan province (Iran)

On June 30, 2026, Mr. A.Malgazhdarov, General Director of the “QazExportPromotion Fund” of Kazakhstan, met with Mr. E.Makki Zadeh, Deputy Director General of the Ports and Maritime Affairs Organization province of Hormozgan of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The parties discussed ways to implement the agreement on the construction of a Kazakh transport and logistics terminal at the Shahid Rajai port (Bаndаr Abbas), signed by the above-mentioned companies of Kazakhstan and Iran on June 28 of this year.

 In addition, Mr. A.Malgazhdarov held meetings with Mr. S.Hashemi, Hormozgan region manager of the Kaveh company; Mr. R.Jafari, Container Terminal Manager, and Mr. M.Amiri Farsi, Manager Public Goods Terminal and exchanged views on the development of cargo transportation, transit and investment cooperation between the companies of the two countries.

The Kazakh delegation led by A.Malgazhdarov visited the Shahid Rajai port, as well as the berths, warehouses and other facilities of the Kaveh company in this port, and got acquainted with its potential.
